"Good deals if you check often"
I do like when dmsguild runs discounts because some of the deals are actually REALLY good. That said, the sale prices can feel kind of random, and sometimes they’re not even that much cheaper than usual. Overall, it’s fine if you’re willing to check back often and wait for the better bargains...

"Useful stuff, but kind of a hassle sometimes"
I’ve picked up some good D&D PDFs here, especially fan-made adventures and older supplements I probably wouldn’t have found elsewhere. The prices are usually reasonable, and I haven’t had any issues with the actual downloads. That said, using the site can be a bit annoying. Browsing feels clunky, the search doesn’t always pull up what I’m looking for, and the quality can really vary depending on the product. Reviews help a bit, but it still feels like a gamble sometimes. Overall, it’s decent and I’ll still use it, but I wish it was smoother

"Really Impressed With the Hardcover Quality"
I ordered a print-on-demand hardcover from DMsGuild it turned out better than I was expecting. I figured a niche RPG book might feel a little rough or basic, but the pages are nice and solid, the colors came through really well, and the binding feels sturdy even after I flipped through it a bunch. Shipping took a bit, but it wasn’t anything unreasonable. For what it is, I think the print quality is genuinely great, and I’d definitely order another one.

"Filters need some work"
The filters could definitely be better. I spent way too much time trying to narrow things down, and it got frustrating—especially after already having to wait in a queue longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could be a lot smoother.

"I had to update my email…"
I had to update my email and look back through some old purchases on dmsguild.com, and I was fully prepared to stay calm while quietly losing my patience. But, weirdly enough, it was simple. The login worked, the account page was easy to figure out, and all my older purchases showed up like they were supposed to. I didn’t even have to contact support, which felt like a small miracle. Very normal, very calm experience, definitely not me being surprised that a website actually let me fix things without turning it into a whole event.

"Pretty quick, though I was confused for a minute"
I bought a couple of PDFs from dmsguild.com and they showed up fast. One of the download links didn’t appear right away, so I was sitting there a little confused, wondering if something went wrong or if I missed a step. After a few minutes it showed up and everything worked fine. Overall, it was a easy process and I’d use it again.

"Pretty smooth checkout, just a little clunky on mobile"
I picked up a couple of PDFs on dmsguild, mostly just browsing and then ended up grabbing the ones I’d been eyeing. The checkout went smoothly overall, my cart updated like it should, payment went through fast, and the download links showed up right away, which is always a relief. The only thing that bugged me a bit was using the site on my phone. The page felt kind of clunky, and I had to tap around more than I expected, like I’d hit something and then wonder if it actually registered. Not a huge issue though. I’d still use it again, especially when I’m in the mood to pick up more RPG stuff

I usually end up second-guessing myself after reading reviews because so many of them sound the same, but these felt honest enough to be useful. Compared to other places I’ve checked, this actually helped me choose without feeling like I was just guessing.

There’s a lot here to keep you busy, especially with all the adventures and add-ons. I did feel like a few areas started to feel a bit repetitive after a while, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I still found some really useful stuff, it just took a little time to dig through everything.

I bought a couple of PDFs on DMs Guild and, everything went smoothly. The download links showed up in my account pretty much right away, so I didn’t have to sit there refreshing like a totally calm and normal person. No weird extra steps, no waiting around, and I was able to grab the files again later when I needed them. Overall, simple experience. I’m fine. Really. No complaints

"A bit uneven, but not bad"
I got through it, but some parts were a little unclear to me. There were moments where everything felt easy to follow, and then suddenly the tone or explanation would shift and I’d have to reread a section to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of inconsistent in how it came across.

"Quick help with a missing download"
I had a download I bought that wasn’t showing up in my library for some reason. I’m not totally sure what went wrong on their end, but I messaged support figuring it might take a while. They actually got back to me faster than I expected, were friendly, and fixed it without making me go through a bunch of annoying steps. I had the file the same day, so overall it was a easy experience and I appreciated the help

"A Treasure Hunt With a Few Traps"
DMs Guild has definitely led me to some really fun adventures, but wow, it can feel like wandering into a dungeon without checking for traps first. Some of the stuff I found was great, but a few had messy layouts or were missing details I really needed, so I ended up doing way more prep than I expected. It’s still worth digging through because there are gems in there, just don’t expect everything to be ready to run straight out of the gate. Not bad at all, just occasionally a bit of a quest before the actual quest.

I’ve used DMs Guild a bunch of times, but my most recent purchase really reminded me how smooth it is. My card went through right away, the downloads showed up almost instantly, and the receipt hit my email like it should. after that last experience, I feel confident calling it simple and reliable, which is basically all I’m looking for.

"Refund took longer than expected"
Am I missing something, or should I not have to ask twice about a refund? It was a bit annoying having to follow up, but to be fair, they did sort it out in the end. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I expected.
